SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​

• Worldwide Shipping: Free worldwide shipping on all artworks.

​​

• Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for preparing and packaging original paintings for safe delivery.

​​

• Small & Medium Works: Carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box, arriving ready to hang.

​​

• Large Works: Paintings exceeding 100 cm (40 inches) are generally rolled into a secure shipping tube for maximum transit safety. Collectors can then take the canvas to a local framer to have it stretched and/or framed.

​​

• Finland Collectors: Pick up directly from the studio, or enjoy direct home delivery for large-scale works. Inquiries are welcome in English or Finnish at arliahelmiart@gmail.com.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

​

• Return Window: Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are insured, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

​

• Process: Contact arliahelmiart@gmail.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be shipped at the buyer's expense to the studio address:

• Important Note: Because many works ship directly from professional framers or art printers, please do not send returns back to the printer or manufacturer without authorization.

• Damaged Items: Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any defects or transit damage within 24 hours.​​​

AUTHENTICITY & DETAILS

​

• Signature & Provenance: Every painting is signed and named on the reverse, complete with the year and location of creation.

​​

• Certificate of Authenticity: All original works by Arlia-Hamda Elmi are accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
